Here is a very quick flight I did with the Default Bechcraft Baron58. I took off from a random airport in New York. I took off flew straight for a couple of miles then came back in for landing.

Microsoft Flight Simultor X Review

Flight Simultor X (FSX) is a very realistic flight simultor. You can fly from about 24,000 airports worldwide. There are tutorials that teach you the basics of FSX like learning how to takoeff and land to how to use a helicopter in FSX.
There are plenty of missions from begginer to expert. There is a option of free flight where you just fly to a desired location. You have the choice of real-world weather, or you can make your own weather patterns.
In FSX there is multiplayer using Gamespy, and you have the choice of being the ATC or just flying around an having fun!

Overall i think this is a great game for aviation ethusiast, though probably anyone can learn how to fly and have fun in FSX.
